  • Grievance Committee

    Grievances Redressal Cell plays an important role to ventilate the grievances of the college students. Issues related to their studies, library, safety, health care, canteen facilities, infrastructure, laboratories etc. form the core concern of the cell.

  • PROCEDURE:

    When the grievance is received it is placed before the members of the cell for consideration. The Grievance Redressal Cell examines the case and settles the matter within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the grievance. If the student is not satisfied wit the decision of the cell he/ she may make an appeal to the principal for reconsideration. The principal gives personal hearing and settles the matter within six days.

    Complaints and grievances of students are recorded as per F-01 indicating nature of problem faced by them, action taken to solve the same and action plans suggested and implemented for minimizing such problems in future.

    A feed back format duly filled up is taken from students on a periodic and random sample basis from students as per F-02. Feed back is taken from Parents also on a feedback format F-03.

    Such feed backs are reviewed and analyzed by concerned process heads, Principal, Director or MT for identifying weak areas and taking corrective and preventive action for improvement in working conditions at SRI

  • Medical

    Annual Medical camp is organized for general check of students and near by localize. For emergency liaison with local doctor is made.
